Puppet on a String

So, Leni Robredo has finally come out in the open. She says she is ready to be the voice of the opposition. Well, that is one of the few honest words I have heard from her in a while.

After playing coy about her political ambitions for so long, its a wonder how she can reconcile her previous statements with her new found assertiveness. Perhaps her political handlers thought they saw an opportunity for her to jump the line and so they are taking it. Maybe Leni is more the voice of opportunism rather than the voice of opposition?
