We are the Lucky 13!

So many of us were just bursting with envy seeing all these pictures posted by our most admired defenders of the truth, defenders of progress and defenders of change, strutting about Malacañang, talking to the MAN like they were life long friends. It was pure, joy! Although I was also quite envious, I have learned to live vicariously off of them, hahaha.

It was so astonishing how we could all sense their anticipation, sense their elation, sense their amazement and even laughing with them when they laughed, even if we had no idea what the joke was. It was so surreal, it was like we were right there with them.

But you know what, we are all the lucky ones! We couldn't have been more fortunate that these 13 warriors were chosen to be the ones to meet and get to know our president. We are so blessed because this team consisted of the most passionate, selfless, country loving patriots we have all grown to admire and love. To top it all off, they are the most eloquent, most respected, most trusted individuals we know. Having them be the ones to tell us their stories in a manner that grips our very soul and brings us right there with them, makes them the most fitting set of people to have experienced this event.

To all of you there on that glorious evening, I thank you and I raise my glass to you for representing the people and being ALL OF US!
