How A Government Should Be

Do you remember the time it was always so stressful after a tragedy or a calamity struck one part of our country?

We would have all these fundraising efforts, RED CROSS or ABS-CBN or GMA active in asking for donations, all these repacking volunteers needed?

Under Duterte, major typhoons have hit, from Ilocos/Batanes, Bicol region, and Surigao was hit by an earthquake, and there even have been bombings with fatalities, but it's so different now.

Parang walang mad dash ang mga TV stations or private individuals na bongga.

Kasi aminin man nila o hindi, for the first time in our history, we feel like our government will and is very capable to take care of things. That it has not met a disaster or a calamity it cannot take care of on its own. And now the President is in Surigao.

That's how a government should be. Nasanay lang tayo sa palpak.
