No Surprise

Tabako wants to play the role of elder statesman but he's no Lee Kuan Yew. Ramos thought he could boss Duterte around after he won but that wasn't the case. The President has a mind of his own. It shouldn't come as a surprise if Ramos is involved in a plot to oust the President.
