1. Who is behind AlDub (Alyansang Duterte-Bongbong) and why did you report the Suarez meeting to them? Who sent the two IT experts? Was it AlDub or the Duterte and Marcos camps separately? Did you report it to them prior to your actual meeting with Suarez that's why they sent those IT experts or after you met with Suarez in Shangri La and you have already heard his demonstration?
2. Who are these two senators you claimed were waiting for you in a nearby building in BGC? Why were they waiting for an update after you met with Suarez? What was their specific interest in that meeting enough to be personally waiting in a separate building within the same area at around the same time? Was it to avail of Suarez's services? Was it to purchase "protection" which happens to be cheating just the same? Was it to investigate Suarez? If it was the latter, why was no coordination made with the proper authorities? Why was there no entrapment made? Why was Suarez allowed to operate during election day and why were there no cases filed against him? Why was this guy not exposed prior to WAC?
3. According to your statement, these two senators were aligned with the Duterte camp. But Duterte had no official senatorial candidates at that time. He was running a standalone campaign, with Alan Cayetano as his running mate. Duterte had no machinery comparable to LP, UNA and Grace Poe's camp. Duterte was PDP-Laban and Cayetano used to be NP, later adopted by PDP as their guest candidate. Duterte did not have a senatorial slate campaigning with him. We do remember seeing several news articles mentioning names of people Duterte endorsed - among them Francis Tolentino, Migz Zubiri, Ping Lacson, Samuel Pagdilao, Martin Romualdez, Manny Pacquiao, Susan Ople and Roman Romulo. Were these two senators among the aforementioned list? Were these two senators incumbents or were they candidates for senator in 2016?
4. What was your official function in the Duterte and Marcos camps? Were you lawyering for both candidates? Duterte and Marcos did not belong to the same party. They were running separate and independent campaigns. Were you merely acting as consultant to these candidates? Please do clarify the exact nature of your involvement as far as these two are concerned.
5. Did you have any connection with Drilon and the LP prior to the election? What about the camp of Senator Grace Poe? Have you met with them or talked to them before and after the May 10 election? Do you know a certain "Rick" that was mentioned by Suarez in his convo? What about COMELEC-Smartmatic? Did you meet with any official/operator other than Juan Miguel Suarez III?
6. Did you officially represent any candidate during the 2016 election? Did you have any connection with LP Senatorial Candidate Joel Villanueva?
7. What specific actions did you undertake after those meetings with Suarez?
