Either the Iloilo cops are cleaning up (with the Mayor's knowledge and imprimatur of course) or stepping up (on account of Espenido's previously announced transfer).
Either way, one down, more to go. Two things are certain here. 1. Narcopolitics in local areas won't thrive and flourish without the protection of politicians and the crooked cops they control and 2. Nobody who calls himself "Buang" gets to live past 60.
